* Installation and management of Windows and Linux operating systems
* Setup of PCs and smartphones, software installation, user profiles creation and management
* Hardware maintenance
* Management of local network devices and servers in Windows/Linux environments
* Help desk and troubleshooting
Required Skills
* Knowledge of the main office hardware/software systems;
* Knowledge of Android and iOS systems;
* Knowledge of the English language;
* Minimum educational qualification required: 5-year professional diploma;
* Problem solving;
* Empathy, listening ability, respect for others and for work.
