The purpose of the role is to develop and manage efficient and effective marketing operations and planning within a multi-cultural team of marketing professionals in Integrated Resourcing who design and deliver global marketing strategies and country marketing plans to build Shell’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and attract talent across our key markets and businesses world-wide.The Energy Transition and digital transformation will change the business environment, the way we work, and the types of capabilities/skills we will need to prosper as an organization. The EBTA team consists of about 30 marketers who manage and grow our EVP through marketing plans in 15 markets and global marketing strategies for digital marketing, brand and communications, and brand proposition management to enable resourcing teams to recruit target talent in a very competitive landscape. You will be a valued partner in a global role, collaborating with colleagues within marketing and resourcing to design and guide world-class planning and operations for the EBTA program.About the roleAs the Marketing PMO Lead, you will develop and manage efficient and effective operations and planning processes with the EBTA marketing team, supported by the Marketing Planning & Performance Advisor and Program Coordinators. You will:Ensure efficient design and deployment of marketing operational processes, optimizing collaboration within the EBTA team and with a broader range of IR stakeholders, for delivery of marketing excellence.Lead the processes for annual planning and half yearly business marketing reviewsLead the tracking of marketing activity management, budget co-ordination and financial management for an overall marketing budget of approx. USD 8 mln p.a.Ensure regular performance reporting, measuring success of our programs and identifying and promoting best practice including clear visibility of key deliveries for senior stakeholders.Promote capability and skills development within the team.What we need from youRelevant PMO experience with strong project management and planning skills and a delivery focus.Proven experience of strategic planning in a business, commercial, marketing, or complex operational environment.Able to create simple structure and direction out of complexity, with excellent verbal and written communications skills.Able to initiate plans and proficient at leading processes amongst peer group cross-functional teams and to deliver through others.Effective across cultural styles and levels of seniority, with adaptable influencing skills.A strong curiosity to learn, an ability to be inclusive and collaborate virtually; and to work comfortably with uncertainty and when proactively addressing challenges.A demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion and strong motivation to make a lasting positive impact.Experience in a marketing environment would be an advantage but not essential.Amenable to report following a mid-shift working pattern (3pm to 12mn PH time)Shell Business Operations (SBO) Manila forms the operational backbone of business processes that help deliver Shell’s business solutions across the globe.
