Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and conduct regular performance reviews Monitor channel performance metrics (wholesalers resolve discrepancies promptly.
Forecast demand, monitor market trends, and adapt distribution plans to seasonal peaks and event-driven surges.
Prepare regular reports on channel performance.
Ensure data hygiene and governance within TourPlan, SynXis, HyperGuest, and related systems; drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technology advancements in channel distribution and the TourPlan ecosystem.
Manage implementation of new features or modules in TourPlan as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of hands-on experience in channel distribution management within a DMC, hotel company, or travel tech environment.
Extensive hands-on experience with TourPlan, SynXis, and HyperGuest (inventory management, rate loading, availability rules, channel mapping, reporting).
Certification or demonstrable proficiency highly preferred.
Strong understanding of distribution channels and best practices in channel strategy.
Demonstrated success in partner relationship management, onboarding, and performance optimization.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English proficiency required (written and spoken).
Project management mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement Experience with additional distribution systems or channel managers Experience with revenue management concepts (rate parity, dynamic pricing, yield management).
