Enerblue is looking for a Project Leader to join our Technical and R&D teams.
What you will do:
* Independently manage technical projects, overseeing the entire process, from HVAC systems sizing and design to supervision of their implementation, ensuring compliance with company timelines, costs and quality standards
* Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments (Production, Engineering, Service)
* Contribute to the technical development and innovation of our solutions.
Required qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Energy or Mechanical Engineering, or a technical diploma (Thermotechnical Expert) with solid experience in the HVAC industry
* At least 3-5 years of experience in technical and operational management of HVAC projects, preferably involving high-efficiency systems and heat pumps
* Good knowledge of English
* Ability to work in a team and problem solving ability
