As Dior Ambassador, the Sales Assistant’s responsibility is to contribute to the brand sales growth in the store, represent the brand values and be active in outstanding customer service.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSales\n\nAchieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques\n\nDemonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products\n\nKnow the daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)\n\nIdentify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add-on sales\n\nProvide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile\n\nUnderstand how to handle customer database and clienteling\n\nManagement of the relationship with clients\n\nEnsure a welcoming client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication\n\nDevelop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients\n\nProblem-solving in partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to vantaggi the business and the client\n\nBack-office support\n\nContribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update stock after sales when necessary\n\nElaborate and supervise product feedback\n\nPreparation of delivery and essential elements for the products’ packaging and wrapping\n\nRequirements\nWhat you can bring\n\nPreferred experience of 2/3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques\n\nKnowledge of products and selling techniques\n\nUniversity education or a fashion school degree\n\nEnglish (C1-C2) is mandatory (other languages are a plus)\n\nOffice 365 and other basic knowledge of digital software\n\nSoft & Interpersonal Skills\n\nAmbition to grow in luxury retail and take on different challenges and new responsibilities\n\nPositive and kind attitude\n\nTeam-working attitude\n\nCommitted, flexible and willing to learn\n\nStrong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison\n\nWorking by objectives and time management skills in a fast-paced environment\n\nStrong communication skills, empathy, and agile mindset\n\nAbility to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication\n\n
