The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing data structures, maintaining modeling standards, and ensuring integration with data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liDesigning and implementing robust data models, focusing on Data Vault as the primary methodology /li liCollaborating with data engineering teams to integrate models into ETL pipelines /li liReviewing and optimizing existing data models for scalability and performance /li liEstablishing and maintaining data modeling standards and documentation, including ER diagrams and data dictionaries /li liWorking with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data models /li liMentoring junior data modelers and team members while fostering best practices /li liSupporting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with organizational standards /li liAdapting and evolving models to address changing business needs and technologies /li /ul h3What You'll Bring Along /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of data modeling experience, with 2+ years using Data Vault techniques /li liExpertise in data modeling tools (e.g., ERWIN) and relational/dimensional database design /li liStrong background in cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure /li liExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills /li liExcellent command of both spoken and written English /li liFamiliarity with Synapse, Delta Lake, Power BI is nice to have /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
