You will focus on modern training systems and materials, including process vision or digital enabling systems. The training methods are focused on the receivers, with factory logistics employees in focus. /p ul liDesign and optimize training material within the Handling Logistics process. /li liAnalyse AS‑IS and future state of our training material and systems. /li liCreate process roadmap and plans for future states. /li liDefine training material requirements and specifications when material shall be developed or sourced externally. /li liStandardise generic lay‑up training materials. /li liBuild a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility. /li liInvestigate and solve training issues using structured methods such as 5‑x Whys and Fishbone diagrams. /li liApply continuous improvement principles using Lean tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material quality. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor of Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent level. /li liTrain the Trainer or other formal training education. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li6‑8 years of developing training material primarily for unskilled workers. /li liExperience training shop‑floor employees. /li liPlanning training for up to 100 persons. /li liDeveloped or defined functional training material for employees with short or long educational backgrounds. /li /ul h3Essential skills /h3 ul liAbility to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals. /li liKnowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats. /li liCo‑develop content with engineering managers and subject‑matter experts. /li liEnsure training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies. /li liFamiliarity with LMS and e‑learning tools. /li liCollect input from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs. /li liWillingness to spend time in the factory environment to understand and solve problems. /li liData‑driven decision making, using tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams. /li liSelf‑motivated, result‑oriented with strong organisational discipline. /li liCustomer‑oriented, able to understand the complete business value chain from the customer perspective. /li liCommitted to learning and personal development. /li /ul h3DEIB Statement /h3 pAt Vestas, we recognize the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion in driving innovation and success.
