ResponsabilitàSupport the Director in staff management and shift scheduling, and in preparing purchase orders.
Coordinate and execute the dining service, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Supervise the proper operation of the dining and kitchen shift.
Assist the Director in opening and closing operations of the outlet.
RequisitiExperience in hospitality, preferably in commercial contexts or similar.
Knowledge of dining service.
Results orientation.
Ability to organize, analyze, and solve problems.
