The Credit and Collection Data Analytics Specialist is responsible for updating and maintaining the Local Retail Credit Collection Policy, defining credit strategy, and overseeing the position to Debt Collection Agencies, controls and governance on external providers and law firms. The specialist creates specific processes to prioritize new activities and achieve all Collection and KPIs goals (local and global).
