Ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Tender Support Specialist to support Business Units and Sales teams across the full tender lifecycle for both public and private sector opportunities. /p pThis role acts as a key coordination and advisory point between commercial, operational, finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure tender activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines. The successful candidate will help improve process governance, reduce operational risks, and support profitability optimization across tender activities. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liSupport Business Units and Sales teams throughout the end-to-end tender process. /li liCoordinate stakeholders and monitor tender timelines to ensure deadlines are met. /li liMaintain visibility of tender progress, risks, and critical actions. /li liSupport profitability and pricing analysis in collaboration with Finance and Profit teams. /li liProvide guidance on margin analysis tools and tender-related financial considerations. /li liSupport the completion and review of tender documentation and questionnaires. /li liAssist with customer/vendor portals and e-procurement platforms. /li liReview Terms Conditions, SLAs, and penalty clauses, escalating concerns to Legal or Compliance when required. /li liEnsure alignment between commercial proposals, tender requirements, and internal policies. /li liFacilitate communication across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams. /li liManage and maintain centralized repositories, templates, procedures, and documentation within Microsoft Teams. /li liPromote standardization, best practices, and adoption of tender management tools and processes. /li liProvide internal guidance and training on tender-related procedures, tools, and best practices. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liExperience supporting public and/or private tender processes within an IT or technology environment. /li liUnderstanding of tender lifecycle management and commercial coordination. /li liBasic knowledge of financial analysis, pricing, and margin evaluation. /li liAbility to review and interpret contractual and operational documentation. /li liExperience working with e-procurement platforms and operational tools. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams. /li liStrong organizational and stakeholder management skills. /li liStructured communication style with strong attention to detail. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines. /li liProactive mindset with a collaborative and advisory approach. /li liGood English communication skills, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liWe value continuous learning and offer clear career progression opportunities. /li liHybrid work (2-3 times per week at the office) /li liComprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, and more. /li liCertified Workplace Excellence: Work in a certified Great Place to Work environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
