You will have the chance to give your contribution, being involved from Day 1 in exciting projects aimed at continuously enhancing Luxottica's presence in the word. Being an M&A intern will provide you with a unique view on the company external growth plans worldwide as well as with a privileged learning opportunity on how transactions are originated and executed. Here some of the responsibilities you will have: - Collect and review business and financial information about potential acquisition targets, discussing key findings with other team members - Prepare presentations for the top management aimed at assessing acquisition opportunities - Build and maintain financial models to perform valuation analyses and calculate transaction economics - Interact with other with team members from other company divisions (i.e. product, procurement, marketing, legals, etc.). Join ongoing acquisition/ divestiture processes and support the rest of the team throughout all process stages - Analyse market developments and trends PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE You know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and: - You do not see problems, you just see solutions - You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously - You know how to manage multiple tasks and how to prioritize them efficiently - You are a great performer with an excellent academic path.
