Your Role The Safety & Health Expert works within the Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) function. QSHE is responsible for ensuring operations comply with laws, regulations, and policies to protect people, the environment, and communities. The role involves managing SH standards, training employees, evaluating risks, and providing safety advice. The candidate must hold a certificate as "Addetto Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione Aziendale" (ASPP) and related tasks as per Italian Law Decree 81/2008. Your Responsibilities Implement and coordinate safety strategies, including ISO 45001 certification and compliance with Law Decree 231/01. Monitor safety KPIs and report regularly in cooperation with QSHE managers. Conduct site inspections to ensure safety policies are followed. Assess risks and implement measures to prevent incidents. Develop and improve safety processes, CAPA, and training materials. Ensure compliance with Italian Legislative Decree n.81/2008 through safety checks. Prepare safety instructions and conduct safety training at logistics sites. Your Skills and Experience Certified Safety & Health Trainer under art. 37 D.lgs 81/08. Preferred: Certified Safety & Health Working Equipment Trainer under art. 73 D.lgs 81/08. Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations. Experience in healthcare safety is preferred. Analytical, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills. Excellent communication and training abilities. Ability to work independently and in teams. Proficiency in English and Italian.
