PpElusav Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our client's team in Mons, Belgium on a prestigious and large-scale Data Center Construction project. /ppAs the Project Director you will be responsible for the management and coordination of all aspects of the Project as they relate to the project scope of work. Leading and managing the Project Team and interfacing with the Client Team you will set clear direction and expectations for the Safe, on time, on budget delivery of the fully integrated build. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSchedule and chair meeting with your team, the Design team, and the Client. /liliFollow up and ensure a timely close out of any outstanding items. /liliAttend and actively contribute to EHS and QA meetings. /liliAttend Morning White board/evening schedule meetings as necessary. /liliImplement the company Project audit plan. /liliReview weekly Project audits and address open items with your team. /liliDiscuss findings and trends with your Construction Manager, your team, and the BU Leads. /liliEnsure Audit findings are clearly communicated to all stakeholders. /liliDrive closure of all open Audit findings. /liliReview quality of output and foster continuous improvement in audits. /liliEnsure that all EHS alerts are communicated effectively. /liliEngage in the campaigns being run to reflect the alerts – TBT, Stand-down, Demonstration /liliEnsure all company SOP's are being adhered to. /liliManage the overall operations for the project, and ensure that the Safety, Quality, and Environmental objectives are established. /liliEnsure Procedures are in place and being adhered to on your project. /liliEnsure you and your team have fully reviewed and understand the Project specifications and documentation. /liliPlan procurement and ensure engineering is developed to meet deadlines. /liliReview actual progress against planned and ensure that clear and concise reporting to the project team and Senior Management. /liliEnsure that expected margin is being maintained and regular commercial reviews are in place. /liliManage budgets and costs effectively. /liliPeriodic attendance at planned meetings, TBT, SLT, DABS. /liliAttend client meetings /liliPush strong QEHS approach with Client. /liliMaintain and foster good relations with the client and the client's representatives. /liliMake training available to your team and your Sub-contractors. /liliSet standards for training requirements for the company and Sub-Contractor staff. /liliMentor the team and lead by example. /liliReview weekly Progress update with the project planner and implement strategies to ensure project remains on track.
