Michael Page Main Responsibilities: - Engineering Projects - Develop and execute the Site Master Plan, - Lead strategic engineering initiatives and investment activities, - Ensure GMP compliance and support HSE requirements - Reliability & Maintenance - Implement state-of-the-art maintenance systems, - Drive predictive & maintenance strategies, - Optimize manufacturing processes using LEAN, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies, - Budget management and cost control - Utilities, Infrastructure & Sustainability - Manage critical systems (PW, clean compressed air, HVAC, WWT, Boilers, Chillers) - Drive & Promote energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable engineering practices - Automation & Digital Systems - Enhance automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, BMS/EMS, AGVs/robots) - Drive innovation with IoT, digital twins, and AI technologies, Ensure data integrity compliance for computerized systems - Compliance, Quality &HSE - Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and regulations and Lead safety programs and promote a culture of quality and safety Qualifications & Experience Requirements - Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering - Preferred: Six Sigma certification - 10+ years of Engineering/Maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical industry - Preferred : Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Packaging Operations - International experience is highly valued Other - Excellent project management and team leadership abilities - Change management capabilities - Ability to drive continuous improvement culture - Excellent communication and influencing skills to lead and manage diverse resources - Experience in collaborating with global teams and managing international projects Our Client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical sector.
