To ensure that the condition of all cinemas within the country are adequately maintained with regard to employee and guest safety, the guest’s cinema going-experience and the long-term value of the cinema as an asset to the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out cinema maintenance visits to an agreed schedule providing.PPM (Preventive Maintenance Plan).Accurate reports on the condition ofthe building and coordinate annual legal inspections with externalcompanies (where applicable)
* Provide support to the cinema management with maintenance relatedissues
* Provide cinema management with training on building systems
* Undertake works as part of the planned improvement programmes andassociated non budgeted capital works
* Responsible for the cost control of expenditure arising from plannedimprovement programmes - including raising Purchase Orders andauthorising Invoices.
* Responsible for the cost control of expenditure arising from Repairs andOPEX Maintenance budgets identified within the CAPEX budget for eachcinema and across the country/countries- including raising PurchaseOrders and authorising Invoices.
* Responsible for the cost control of expenditure arising from energyconsumption
* Responsible for managing the handover of new cinemas fromConstruction to Operations - ensuring that contracts for maintenanceare in place and the necessary training of cinema management has beenundertaken.
* To take part in the annual Repairs and Maintenance CAPEX budget work
* To contribute to the agreeing, reviewing and co-ordinating of nationalequipment and building maintenance contracts
* Manage relationships with local suppliers
* Ensure the safety of employees and customers in compliance withcompany standards, Health and Safety legislation and any other legalrequirement
Key Requirements
* University degree in Engineering, or similar.
* Energetic, committed, and motivated.
* Proactive, dynamic, empathetic.
* Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
* Advanced English and local language.
* Advanced MS Office skills.
