Localization Project Manager responsible.government end-to-end delivery for enterprise clients across multiple service types. The role operates on a Wednesday‑Sunday schedule, 9am‑6pm (UTC+1). Contractor position, fully remote. Salary range €18,000–€25,000 per year.
Responsibilities
* Create and manage projects for all service types based on agreed-upon processes, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and budget compliance.
* Provide high‑level support to clients and linguists, addressing questions, concerns, and ensuring smooth execution.
* Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to maintain high satisfaction.
* Act as the primary point of contact during weekend coverage, independently managing execution and continuity of service.
* Make timely, autonomous decisions to unblock deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain momentum in the absence of broader team support.
Requirements
* Confirmed availability to work a Wednesday‑Sunday schedule.
* 5+ years of experience in Localization and Project Management.
* Self‑driven, motivated, outcome‑oriented, and comfortable in ambiguous, fluid environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, simplifying complex information concisely.
* Outstanding organizational skills, prioritization, and detail focus.
* Proven localization and internationalization knowledge, including proficiency in localization processes and technology.
