Reporting to Head of Solution Design, the Lab Consultant will play a critical role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and consultation to prospective customers. This role requires a deep understanding of laboratory workflows, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively demonstrate the value of our diagnostic products and solutions. To work with Sales to close current and new business Total Lab Automation opportunities to meet the growth plan of the Company. The Workflow Pre‑Sales analyses the workflow of Laboratories and creates a reasonable vision for automation IT for the customer and influences tender specifications. /p h3In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To /h3 ul liDesign and deliver high‑impact solutions that address complex business and technical challenges /li liCollaborate closely with a highly experienced team, including product manager, project manager, and sales /li liDevelop along a growth journey that integrates technical and scientific expertise, business acumen, and strategic vision /li liGain exposure to and collaborate within a multinational and multicultural environment. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Biomedical Engineer, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) is preferred. /li liProven experience working in a clinical laboratory setting, with a strong understanding of laboratory workflows and diagnostic processes. Knowledge of fundamentals of WIT Technology, Life Science market knowledge and general economics of business, Knowledge of the major Diagnostic competitors. /li liFluent English speaking, reading and writing is a must. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences, strong negotiation skills, strong financial acumen. /li liStrong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction, managing project teams is an asset, strong organizational and time management skills.
