We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Southern Europe region, partnering with leaders across Israel, France, Spain, Italy, and additional markets. This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution, driving initiatives that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, and performance. The successful candidate will provide trusted guidance to leaders, manage complex employee relations matters, leverage HR data to inform decisions, and oversee the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

o Develop and execute HR initiatives that support GTM objectives and business performance across Southern Europe, including Israel, France, Spain, Italy, and additional markets.
o Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and change management.
o Use HR data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
o Lead performance management, talent review, and development processes to strengthen organizational capability.
o Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
o Maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders, proactively addressing concerns and providing guidance.
o rovide expert advice on complex employee relations matters.
o Ensure compliance with local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices across multiple countries.
o Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
o Independently manage all HR administration, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of processes.
o Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to design and implement effective people programs and solutions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced, international, or global organization.
* Proven experience supporting senior leaders, ideally at the VP or Director level.
* Minimum of 5 years partnering with Sales, Go-to-Market (GTM), or commercial teams.
* Ability to work from the office 2–3 days per week.
* Strong HR Business Partner experience, including strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
* Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements in the home country; experience supporting additional countries is highly desirable.
* Experience managing employee relations matters and providing trusted counsel to leaders.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong influencing and coaching abilities, with confidence working across all organizational levels.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data to support decision-making.
* Professional, discreet, and trustworthy when handling sensitive and confidential information.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong interest in and aptitude for leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
