Essential Duties Responsibilities
Business Client Development
Support the sales team in the absence of managers to ensure exceptional client experiences and maximize sales both in-store and through outreach
Build and maintain a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs), Super VICs, and top clients
Engage and energize the team to enhance performance using service metrics
Leadership Engagement Support
Assist managers in creating an inclusive, client-first work environment
Support the team in achieving sales and profit targets using service metrics
Help develop the team’s product knowledge and selling culture
Operations
Master Ralph Lauren clienteling tools, store systems, procedures, and cash management; interpret key business reports
Maintain and coach brand standards and presentation
Provide product and client feedback to buyers and managers; coordinate marketing initiatives and pricing strategies
