Ideal Profile /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul li1. High school diploma in Accounting and / or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; /li li2. Previous experience in a similar role, gained in companies or accounting firms; /li li3. Good level of autonomy in managing general accounting, accounting consolidation activities, and operational treasury tasks; /li li4. Strong knowledge of Italian accounting standards (OIC) and solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), especially in a group and consolidated reporting environment; /li li5. Solid knowledge of Italian VAT regulations and routine tax obligations; /li li6. Practical knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems, preferably in multi-entity or multinational environments; /li li7. Good command of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, basic data analysis, reconciliation files); /li li8. Precision, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a team; /li li9. Mandatory operational knowledge of English Minimum B2 level of English (written and spoken); /li li10. Residence near the company office (Bologna). /li /ul h3Key Duties and Responsibilities /h3 pThe selected candidate will join the Accounting and Administration Department and will work in coordination with a colleague, the external accountant, and international group counterparts in Spain and India, supporting group consolidation processes in addition to general accounting and operational treasury activities. /p h3General Accounting Operations /h3 ul liManage general accounting up to the preparation of the pre-tax financial statements; /li liRecord cash / bank journal entries and perform periodic bank reconciliations. /li /ul h3Support for Closing and Reporting /h3 ul liPrepare accounting and financial documentation to support the external accountant for the year-end closing; /li liProduce basic accounting reports (e.g., trial balance), also in English if required. /li /ul h3Operational Tax Compliance /h3 ul liHandle operational management of periodic VAT settlements; /li liPrepare data for the annual VAT declaration in support of the external accountant; /li liManage F24 forms and withholding taxes; /li /ul h3Treasury and Payments /h3 ul liManage accounts payable and receivable schedules; /li liExecute payments to suppliers; /li /ul pOperate as the main contact with banks and financial institutions for routine communications. /p pWorkplace: Bologna, Italy; occasional travel to group offices may be required /p pThe selection process complies with the principle of equal opportunities (Law / 77). /p pAut.
