Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Reception Manager to join our team on a full-time basis for the next season, from the end of April **** until the end of October ****.
As Reception Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all reception activities, ensuring that every guest receives a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
Your role includes providing guests with information, assisting with their needs during their stay, and maintaining high standards of guest service to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
Experience in guest satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and customer service
Experience in managing receptionist duties and training staff
Knowledge of foreign languages is required: English is mandatory, German and French highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
Experience in luxury hospitality industry
Role Objectives
Manages guest check-in and check-out, ensuring an efficient and pleasant process
Responds to guest questions and requests
Handles guest complaints, attempting to resolve problems in a timely and satisfactory manner
Creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Supervises and trains front desk staff, ensuring that they provide high quality service
Creates and assigns shifts, ensuring adequate service coverage
Monitors staff performance and provides constructive feedback
Oversees the booking office and assists their operators with daily duties
Is responsible for the hotel's payments and, therefore, manages and verifies them and carries out the daily cash closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures

Ability to work in a team and under pressure
Knowledge of Rooms management and service in the luxury segment
Minimum requirements
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Minimum 2 years' experience in the role
High school diploma; degree in Hospitality Management preferred
We Offer
Accommodation is provided for the entire duration of the season
At the end of the season, the employment relationship may be extended to the closing period, with booking activities to be carried out at the company's registered office or another location to be determined
