The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our operations. This exceptional leader oversees a team of engineering technicians, ensuring they operate in a safe, standard, and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities include leading, supporting, and mentoring the team to achieve optimal results, working with the wider network to harness technical expertise, and implementing preventative maintenance measures to ensure equipment availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Significant practical engineering experience, including supervisory roles managing people
* Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
* Experience working with automated equipment, including packaging machinery, sortation systems, and conveyor systems
* Ability to communicate effectively in English and local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher
* Experience working to health and safety standards and regulations
* Solid computer skills, including MS Office and CAD
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university or equivalent experience
* Full working knowledge of specialized engineering and facilities equipment within the Fulfillment Center, as well as maintenance and safety procedures
* Experience working with PLC-based control systems
* Project Management experience
* Knowledge of CMMS programs
* Experience with Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Process
