This role is strategic for improving and optimising business operations and production processes, and the successful candidate will contribute directly to the implementation of advanced artificial vision solutions with the aim of enhancing the efficiency, quality and sustainability of Pirelli's production activities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCommunicate and disseminate results and technological advancements to internal and external stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of adopted solutions. /li liDesign and develop advanced models, focusing on computer vision applications aimed at improving production processes. /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with various departments, integrating AI solutions into industrial processes and finished products. /li liAnalyse complex and diverse datasets to identify opportunities for optimising quality and efficiency within the manufacturing context. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Computer Science or related fields. /li liFluency in English. /li liHands‑on experience in Computer Vision applications, including object detection, image segmentation, and anomaly detection on real‑world and industrial datasets. /li li2+ years of experience developing and optimising deep learning models, with solid understanding of neural network architectures (CNNs, Transformers) and training, validation, and hyperparameter tuning techniques. /li liProven ability to design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions, from data collection and preprocessing to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production environments, including advanced algorithms, ML and neural networks. /li liStrong knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for Machine Learning (GitLab CI), model versioning, automated testing, and performance monitoring. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liExperience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and scalable ML infrastructure. /li liKnowledge of multimodal models integrating visual and non‑visual data. /li liExperience with Generative AI models and fine‑tuning techniques. /li liExperience with edge deployment or embedded systems. /li liPhD in Computer Science or related field. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ul liGross annual base salary (RAL) of no less than €35,000, according to the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement. /li liPotential to negotiate a higher base salary based on experience, skills and qualifications. /li liVariable component and competitive welfare and benefits package, details to be provided later. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
