Facility & Maintenance Specialist
DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Maintenance & Facility Specialist to join our Central Team, supporting the Facility Manager in overseeing maintenance and technical operations across our logistics sites in Italy.
What You Will Do
* Provide technical support to sites and monitor maintenance activities
* Coordinate national suppliers and framework maintenance contracts
* Oversee critical systems (electrical, HVAC, fire prevention, security)
* Track KPIs, compliance and technical documentation
* Contribute to improvement projects, energy efficiency initiatives and new site openings
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering
* At least 3 years of experience in maintenance in Logistic/Supply Chain or Manufacturing Industry
* Strong coordination skills and multi-site mindset
* Good knowledge of technical drawing and design (AutoCad, etc)
* Ability to work under pressure and manage complex scenarios
* Fluent in English
