We are seeking a motivated and skilled Surveyor / Technical Draftsman with permitting experience to support the authorization activities related to the development of photovoltaic plants, both rooftop and ground‑mounted. The candidate will work closely with the Technical Team and Project Managers, contributing to the successful implementation of the projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage authorization and permitting procedures for photovoltaic plants.
- Prepare and submit technical and administrative documents for building and landscape applications to Municipalities, Regional Authorities, Heritage Departments, and other public bodies.
- Coordinate with technical consultants, engineering firms, and external advisors.
- Provide support to the Project Management Team.
- Monitor the status and progress of authorization processes.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma in Surveying or Construction (Geometra)
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the energy or construction sectors and within permitting activities.
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations and authorization procedures for renewable energy installations.
- Proficiency in AUTODESK, ARCHICAD, and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the country.
Requisitos (Italian)
- Diploma tecnico in Costruzioni o Topografia (Geometra)
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nei settori energia o edilizia, con focus sulle attività di permitting.
- Buona conoscenza delle normative e delle procedure autorizzative relative agli impianti da fonti rinnovabili.
- Ottima padronanza dei software AUTDESK, ARCHICAD e del pacchetto Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
- Spiccate capacità relazionali e organizzative.
- Disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
