Ph3Position Summary /h3 pAs part of the Global Engineering organization based at the Vado Ligure plant, you will be responsible for the engineering, planning, and execution of Electrical Instrumentation projects. /p pYou will collaborate with local site functions, global engineering experts, and external contractors while ensuring compliance with Infineum standards, engineering procedures, and applicable regulations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, plan and execute EI engineering projects at the Vado Ligure site. /li liDevelop, update and apply technical standards in instrumentation and electrical engineering. /li liSupport plant reliability and availability through advanced EI concepts and design, aligned with corporate and Vado Ligure site sustainability strategy. /li liParticipate in safety studies such as HAZOP. /li liCoordinate external engineering contractors and suppliers. /li liWork closely with other project managers, as well as Maintenance, Operations, HSSE, and cross‑functional teams locally and globally. /li liEnsure full compliance with engineering standards, industry regulations and Infineum procedures/processes. /li liDeliver projects based on customer needs and project goals, with no compromise on HSSE. /li liLeverage project management skills and understanding of Infineum business practices to lead contractors as required. /li liLead Integrated Project Team (IPT). /li liDevelop stewardship reports. /li liDevelop Project Execution Plans (PEP) during FEED phase. /li liSupport the tracking of year‑to‑date capital and expense budgets to local and global interfaces. /li liParticipate in global networks aimed at improving the development process and sharing process design experience. /li liAny additional responsibilities as assigned. /li liContribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of a leading chemical industry with outstanding HSSE standards and financial results. /li liDevelop a strategic mindset in shaping the electrical footprint of a chemical manufacturing site for the upcoming decades. /li liGain deep knowledge of best industry design standards, project management practices, capital investment process across the entire project life cycle. /li liWork in a truly open and multicultural environment, building relationship and networking skills with different organization levels at the plant and globally. /li /ul h3Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Engineering Degree (electrical, automation). /li li5–10 years experience in electrical specific jobs with experience in both design and operations of industrial electrical systems; PMP Certification and/or MBA are considered a plus; experience in a chemical manufacturing site is considered a plus. /li liExcellent Italian and English – verbal and written.
