Design and refine services that handle multi-tenant, high-traffic workloads for thousands of dealerships and manufacturers.Push the stack forward without chasing hype. Help move our systems toward more event-driven, distributed architectures where it makes sense.Use AI like an extra team member.Mentor and raise the bar. Give thoughtful code reviews, pair on gnarly problems, and help teammates level up-especially around AI-native workflows and good engineering discipline.What You Bring:You've spent years shipping and operating production systems at scale—ideally SaaS, B2B, or multi-tenant products—and you can speak to the trade-offs you've made under pressure.Strong backend instincts. You're fluent in at least one major backend ecosystem (PHP, Java, Python, etc.) and comfortable with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL; you know where and whenNoSQL or streaming/messaging systems fit.System design mindset. You think in terms of boundaries, contracts, failure modes, and evolvability.DevOps-aware, not DevOps-dependent. CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and incident response are part of your mental model of "done," not someone else's problem.AI-native workflow.
