As an Senior SEO Consultant, you will operate within this innovative ecosystem, leveraging data and technology to drive impactful client solutions.
Role Summary And Impact
We are looking for a skilled Digital Analytics & CRO Consultant to lead projects for our high‑profile clients. We offer a dynamic work environment where collaboration and innovative digital marketing solutions are at the forefront.
Key Responibilities
* Proficiency in developing and conveying CRO and Digital Analytics strategies in simple terms.
* Ability to independently draft detailed requirements/implementation documents.
* Clear and proper communication of technical activities to developers.
* Daily use of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
* Daily use of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with technical implementation as well as data analysis.
* Daily use of tools for user experience intelligence (Contentsquare, Hotjar, Clarity, Lucky Orange…).
* Daily use of tools for experimentation and personalization (VWO, AB Tasty, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Convert…).
* Understanding and ability to explain basic concepts of inferential and Bayesian statistics.
* Hands‑on experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS.
Requirements
* A clear inclination for continuous learning.
* Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
* Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
* Fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written.
* Great attention to detail.
* Creative problem‑solving and thinking outside the box.
* Effective time management with the ability to balance competing priorities.
* Strong presentation abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* Strong organizational abilities.
Considered as a plus
* Experience with niche digital analytics tools (Piwik Pro, Piano Analytics…)
* Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI…)
* Experience with Data Analysis in Python or R.
* Experience with a Consent Management Platform and/or with common technical privacy issues.
* Daily use of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
