What you will do
You will lead the UX/UI evolution and rebranding of HexErgy
, working closely with product and engineering. Your role includes:
Leading the UX/UI redesign of the platform (rebranding phase) Applying best practices in SaaS UX/UI Working with product leaders to prioritize features and flows Translating complex processes into simple and intuitive experiences Designing wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity UI Collaborating with developers for accurate implementation Improving existing UX through continuous iteration Building and evolving a design system Contributing to product and brand consistency

Your profile
3+ years in UI/UX design for SaaS products Strong portfolio (real products, not just visuals) Experience working with product & engineering teams Advanced use of tools like Figma (or similar) Strong understanding of UX principles and flows Ability to structure and prioritize design work Fluent in Italian and English
Nice to have
Experience in complex platforms / dashboards Experience in rebranding or product redesign Basic understanding of frontend (HTML/CSS) Experience in cleantech / energy / marketplaces
