Responsibilities

* Assist the Medical Director in patient management.
* Select the appropriate dialysis method, suitable devices, and personalize treatment based on the patient's condition.
* Select therapy to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Handle all medical situations and issues presented or encountered while performing duties and, when necessary, seek consultations or arrange patient transfers to other healthcare facilities.
* Collaborate with nurses during patient dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination of treatment.
* Conduct critical reviews of all reports or healthcare activities in the facility, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.
* Perform necessary medical assessments for patient admissions and complete health-related formalities. xjrgpwk
* Prepare, maintain, and update medical records and records specific to each patient under care.
Requirements

* Medical degree, specialization in nephrology
* Professional registration
* Knowledge of the Italian language (English language is a plus)
