PURPOSE & IMPACT ON ORGANIZATION: The Brand Center Assistant Manager significantly influences our brand and consumer experience by supporting the Brand Center Senior Manager in managing a high-volume, strategically positioned store. This role represents the adidas brand and product in the most impactful way, assisting the Senior Manager in leading the team within a designated area of the Brand Center Store to deliver an outstanding consumer experience while maintaining high operational and brand standards. The role also involves collaborating closely with both Market and Global teams to support the strategic direction of the Brand Center concept locally and globally. DRIVING BRAND EXPERIENCE: Amplifies the Brand with every decision and action. Ensures event and visual merchandising execution at the highest standards. Fuels the Brand passion within the team. Supports and embodies that we are the Brand with retail skills. DRIVING STORE PROFITABILITY: Meets or exceeds store sales and profit targets. Supports resource management within the designated area to provide a leading shopping experience. Ensures proper execution of policies, procedures, initiatives, and directives. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Delivers exceptional consumer experience by ensuring outstanding execution of global brand and retail standards. Fosters a positive store culture, supporting the Senior Manager to create a consumer-centered, authentic, active environment. Understands the strategic importance of the Brand Center store and supports the team in creating brand advocacy. Provides feedback to the Senior Manager for continuous improvement. Supports hiring, developing, and building high-performing employees. Collaborates with global and local teams to align store initiatives. Acts as a Brand ambassador within the community. Implements global programs and strategies consistently. Supports performance management, recruitment, and employee development activities. Promotes a high-performance culture, setting clear expectations and accountability. Supports training across all store functions and coordinates with Regional Trainers. Ensures accurate record-keeping for HR and operational activities. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong financial acumen and decision-making skills. Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across levels and departments. QUALIFICATIONS: Business management skills with P&L and KPI experience. At least 2 years of fashion retail management experience with a global brand. Leadership experience in a branded environment. Minimum 2 years of relevant market experience in high street retail. Fluent in English (B2 or above); additional language skills are a plus.
