By joining us, you will contribute to PolyWorks Europa's operations by supporting the sales, technical support, marketing, and administration teams. As part of our continuous improvement, you will also take part in cross-functional projects with colleagues from the head office in Quebec and other European locations.
Sales operations
Update our database (CRM)
Technical Support Operations
Manage all types of training with customers/distributors in our CRM: plan dates, assign application specialists, establish participant lists, provide logistics for application specialists, create training certificates, prepare and send training packages as needed
Make welcome calls to our customers to introduce them to our customer portal and support activites, and take the opportunity to update their contact information in our CRM
Marketing operations
Manage potential customers in our CRM after events
You will also contribute to various projects and initiatives aimed at improving the user experience and efficiency of our internal processes.
Know how to work with a CRM (knowledge of Salesforce is an asset)
Be comfortable to communicate remotely (by phone and email) with internal and external clients
Be proficient in written and verbal communication in Italian and English
