As part of Digital Engineering, one of our fastest growing IT teams, you will have the opportunity to lead medium scale projects from concept to go-live phase
* Key accountabilities and decision ownership
* Manage pipeline of multiple projects and work streams and actively contribute to digital innovation roadmaps
* Build a day-by-day customer liaison with product owners and relevant business stakeholders in Customer and Sales Operations domains
* Lead cross-competence teams which includes architects, internal development teams, quality assurance teams and system integrators, and operations to achieve project goals in line with procurement and security guidelines
* Manage project budget, risks, communication reports and escalations
* Collaborate with other project managers and peers in exchanging ideas and working on introducing innovation or improvements of process within the team and across the company
* Key performance indicators
* Delivery within scope, time and budget
* Change management process and escalations correctly managed
* Leadership in building the right team spirit within the project
* Core competencies, knowledge and experience
* Experience in a fast-paced software development environment with proven use of Agile (scrum) development and knowledge of waterfall methodologies
* Proven experience running projects and multiple teams in a challenging context
* Negotiation and prioritization skills
* Desire to drive continuous improvement and innovation
* Desirable experience and skills in digital / cloud transformations at least in one of AWS, Azure or Google environments
* Bachelor in information technology / engineering
