Type of Contract: Temporary part-time, 30 hours/week
Job Description:
To provide a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.
The Role:
1. Maximize sales for the store;
2. Develop enduring relationships with clients;
3. Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;
4. Approach customers and offer advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;
5. Manage promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
6. Advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
7. Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
8. Handle merchandise returns;
9. Maintain a clean and orderly store environment at the highest standards;
10. Support the team in the general operations of the Piquadro store;
11. Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
12. Operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
13. Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates;
14. Go the extra mile to meet targets.
The Candidate:
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is strongly desired; knowledge of Chinese is a plus;
* Experience in retail or the service industry;
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to communicate effectively and inspire customers and colleagues;
* Good numeracy skills and problem-solving abilities;
