PpTheb EMEA Sales Operations Manager /bwill act as the operational backbone of the EMEA Commercial Excellence organization, enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring the infrastructure, processes, and tools are optimized for a recurring revenue model. This role will be responsible for CRM design, administration, data quality, dashboard clarity, pipeline management, sales reporting, performance management plan administration, KPI tracking, and building the data infrastructure to deliver ahead of our budgeted revenue targets. The role drive cadence, activity in all aspects of the CRM and performance journey for all markets and all sales reps. The role will expect to also ensure the learning journey of all reps and leaders within CRM is continually updated and delivered in market.
