As part of the Indirect Procurement Team, the Global Procurement Marketing Senior Specialist plays a crucial role in shaping and executing global sourcing strategies. This position is responsible for enabling operating models and solutions that align with Amplifon’s marketing strategy, key priorities, and critical objectives.
Working closely with procurement and marketing teams at global, regional, and country levels, this role supports the ongoing management and continuous improvement of efficiency and cost savings in the following procurement categories:
* Media & Digital
* Creative Agencies
* Contact Centers
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and execution of Marketing Procurement initiatives, ensuring alignment with defined strategies and facilitating the transition of these strategies from a global to a local scale.
* Conduct benchmarking and cost analysis within relevant procurement categories to foster a “cost‑culture” throughout the organization and support informed decision‑making.
* Independently lead sourcing projects (RFX), overseeing supplier selection and evaluation, analyzing commercial proposals, determining awards, and defining contracts.
* Proactively develop relationships with key internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure efficient, high‑quality cooperation and effective processes through open and reciprocal feedback.

Relevant industries include Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals, and Services.
Strategic Level
Contribute to the design and execution of comprehensive strategies within the Marketing Procurement domain.
Tactical Level
Identify, negotiate, contract, and manage supplier relationships, ensuring high‑quality, timely, and cost‑effective solutions.
Project Level
Support project leaders, program managers, and cross‑functional teams in selecting and managing suppliers and service providers for specific projects, ensuring alignment with overarching global category strategies.
Education and Experience Required
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management or Marketing
* 5+ years of experience in sourcing of marketing services
* Experience working within structured procurement organizations
General & Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of procurement processes, ideally with direct involvement in procuring marketing services
* Analytical thinker who can apply a structured approach in complex environments
* Skilled in building valuable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, able to establish trust and influence decisions
* Experience in procurement category management and the ability to identify key procurement metrics and levers
* Naturally curious with a strong interest in market and commercial trends, and capable of providing valuable insights to the global organization
* Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is preferred but not required
Managerial Skills and Personal Characteristics
* Self‑starter, energetic, and motivated to make a lasting impact
* Self‑confident and comfortable working in a start‑up environment
* Capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, with strong time management and prioritization skills
* Effective communicator with a high degree of professionalism
* Flexible and open to travel as required
