You will be part of Deda Tech, a company within the group specialized in supporting business needs with an ecosystem of managed services and Cloud solutions.
Within the PMO team, you will be responsible for structuring and managing the delivery of standardized and scalable services, promoting efficiency and project effectiveness.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Managing activation flows: Oversee and optimize activation flows for standard products and services, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery to clients.
* Promoting a culture of standardized services: Lead the transition from OTE (Order To Engineering) culture to a culture focused on standardized and scalable services, promoting efficient and repeatable operational practices.
* Collaborating closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective management of OTE projects, maintaining consistency between project initiatives and standard service activations.
* Applying Lean Six Sigma and ITIL methodologies to identify process improvement areas, implementing solutions to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
* Ensuring customer needs are understood and met, maintaining high satisfaction levels, and acting as a point of contact for service delivery issues.
* Establishing and monitoring key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate delivery process effectiveness, and preparing periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Interfacing with all company areas, from Controlling to Product Management and Sales, providing constant feedback to align delivery strategies with business needs and foster effective cross-functional integration.
Must Have
* Experience in service delivery management or project management roles in the ICT sector, preferably with a focus on cloud services for large clients.
* Experience with ITIL frameworks and Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certifications are a plus).
* Skills in analyzing complex processes and identifying improvement opportunities, implementing data-driven solutions.
* Proven experience in designing prompts for AI tools and using AI solutions to optimize business processes.
* Degree in Computer Science or Management Engineering.
