Location: Bologna or proximity, covering Central Italy and Sicily\nThe Surgical division of Edwards Lifesciences is a global leader in surgical structural heart solutions, focused on innovative valve technologies supported by strong clinical evidence. Edwards partners closely with cardiac surgeons to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.\nThe Territory Managers manages the relationship with a defined list of key Edwards customers, with the objective of growing Edwards’ share of wallet. Drives business growth by identifying, developing and closing sales opportunities within the assigned portfolio.\nHow you will make an impact: Serves as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer base within the business unit, leveraging strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW Surgical products\nBuilds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with customers, surgeons, referrers and other key stakeholders within the assigned region to strengthen Edwards’ market positioning\nDrives growth within existing accounts by identifying opportunities, addressing gaps and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets\nDevelops and executes annual account and territory plans in line with regional objectives\nPerforms other incidental duties as required What you will need:\nBachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related scientific field, with a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the medical devices industry required\nWhat else we look for: Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken\nWillingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory\nStrong knowledge of own products as well as competitor offering\nSolid understanding of customer organizations, healthcare systems and market dynamics\nProven ability to assess customer needs, address objections and clearly articulate product value\nStrong influencing, negotiation and relationship-building skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nHigh attention to detail\nCompliance with all company policies and procedures, including Environmental Health & Safety requirements What is it like to work at Edwards Lifesciences in Italy?\nAs a global leader in patient-focused medical innovations, we offer rewarding opportunities and exciting challenges in a truly international, dynamic and friendly work environment.
