Junior Consultant – Governance, Risk and Compliance – Industrial Markets
At KPMG Advisory you will help clients transform risks into opportunities, support corporate transformation, and develop governance and integrated compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Internal control and risk assessment in the industrial sector.
* Execution of compliance engagements for Legislative Decree No. 231, SOX, 262 and anti‑corruption.
* Integrated compliance and internal audit.
* Evaluation and design of internal control systems.
* Study of industrial sector legislation and its implications on processes and procedures.
* Development of governance and organizational models to support corporate transformation.
* Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into data‑based solutions.
* Creation of reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Economics and Management, Business Administration, Finance and Control, Management Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
* Interest in corporate governance and risk management.
* Excellent English skills, preferably with study or work experience abroad.
* Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
