PositionWe are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our vibrant team at the Radisson Collection Napoli.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for the P&L of the hotel and oversee the daily operations.
Plan and supervise the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce, to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.
Be a strong and professional business leader, ensuring that hotel team members work as a well-functioning team.
Operate the hotel in a manner that represents the brand standards and exceeds guest expectations.
Responsible for actively communicating and executing the company strategies.
Play a key role between the central team and the owners.
Qualifications

You have experience in hotel management or a related field.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
You are a strategic thinker with problem‐solving skills and passion for hospitality.
You will balance executing and delivering the master plan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial results for our stakeholders.
You will work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation, ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget.
Reporting to the Managing Director.
