Location: Remote from Europe or Hybrid - Mrieħel, Malta
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain a systematic filing structure for all corporate and legal documents during the department's foundation stage.
* Prepare and submit accurate corporate filings and manage the collection of supporting legal documentation for applications/agreements.
* Conduct KYC/AML investigations into complex corporate structures and third-party partners.
* Act as an administrator for Zygos, ensuring all executed agreements are accurately tagged, stored, and easily retrievable.
* Audit standard contracts (NDAs, IOs, Service Agreements) to ensure they match company policy and standard terms.
* Proactively maintain the legal calendar, tracking all contract renewals, notice periods, and critical expiry dates.
* Manage the repository of approved templates to ensure all departments are utilizing the most current and compliant legal forms.
* Serve as the central point of contact for legal documentation requests.
What You Bring
* 2–4 years of paralegal or corporate administration experience, ideally within a high-growth tech, fintech, or iGaming environment.
* Proven experience performing AML/KYC checks and a strong grasp of corporate compliance frameworks.
* Hands-on experience with Zygos (or similar legal practice management software) to manage digital workflows.
* A meticulous approach to organization, ensuring all files, filings, and contracts are audit-ready and indexed with 100% accuracy.
* The ability to work independently, anticipating deadlines and maintaining clear, fluid communication with finance and operations teams.
