You will play a key role in delivering compassionate care, promoting preventive health measures, and positively impacting the community's overall wellness. /p pHours: Full-time /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liComprehensive Medical Care: Provide comprehensive medical care, including treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and specialized medical care to prevent, diagnose, and treat illness, disease, or injury. /li liDiagnostic Expertise: Order, perform, and interpret tests, and analyze medical records, reports, and examination data to accurately diagnose patients' conditions. /li liPatient Information Management: Collect, maintain, and securely manage patient information, including medical histories, examination results, and reports. /li liPatient Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. /li liEffective Patient Communication: Clearly explain medical procedures and discuss test results and treatment plans with patients to ensure their understanding and collaboration in their care. /li liHealth Promotion: Offer guidance to patients and the community on diet, physical activity, hygiene, and disease prevention to enhance overall well-being. /li liCollaboration and Referrals: Collaborate with medical specialists and other healthcare practitioners when patients require specialized care or services beyond primary care. /li liInterdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate healthcare activities with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liPossess board certification in Family Medicine. /li liHold a valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New Jersey. /li liMinimum 2 years’ experience in family medicine or primary care preferred. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage a diverse panel of patients and support quality improvement initiatives. /li liStrong EMR skills (Athena experience preferred) and ability to use data to drive outcomes. /li liExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liPatient-Centered Care Health Promotion /li liClinical Excellence Thoroughness /li liData-Driven Quality Improvement /li liMedical Teamwork Collaboration /li liPatient Education Motivational Counseling /li liInfection Control Safety Practices /li liAdministering Medications Minor Procedures /li liContinuous Self-Development Professional Growth /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 ul liMust be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. /li liMay require light lifting (up to 20 lbs.) for supplies or office materials. /li liMust have visual and auditory acuity to operate computer systems and phones. /li /ul h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 pThe anticipated annual compensation for this position ranges from $210,000-$280,000, depending on the role and experience level.
