La figura supporterà le attività di amministrazione del personale e l'elaborazione paghe, garantendo correttezza dei dati e supporto ai dipendenti.Gestione delle attività legate all'amministrazione del personale (assunzioni, dimissioni, licenziamenti, promozioi, etc.);Supporto ai dipendenti per tematiche legate a payroll, permessi, ferie, presenze, certificazioni e richieste amministrative;
Qualifiche, esperienza e formazione
Precedente esperienza in attività di gestione del personale/paghe in altre aziende o società di consulenza del lavoro;Conoscenza base della lingua inglese;Conoscenza della normativa del lavoro italiana, dei principali CCNL (preferibilmente CCNL chimico-farmaceutico) e degli adempimenti contributivi e fiscali;Familiarità con sistemi di gestione presenze e software;
