PpBased in La Spezia office (remote working applicable up to 75% monthly), as part of the Strategy Transformation Department, we're looking for an enthusiast Agile Coach to coordinate transformation projects delivery and execution. Will also act as a role model to foster the Agile Culture deployment throughout the whole KRUK Italy organization at any of its level. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liLeader of Agile Transformation in KRUK Italy /li liBuilds, in collaboration with international team, the agile methodology development in company with high appetite for change. /li liCreates awareness and desire across change management teams to work in agile way. /li liGuides change management teams to maximize efficiency thanks to decrease of time to market and identification of MVP. Assures that projects are actually adding value to the impacted organizations /li liActs as a trustable interface for the business and as a real game change /li liMonitors and optimizes the assigned projects portfolio: execution according to agreed KPI's, identifies potential bottlenecks, recommends projects acceleration, freezing and adding /li liDevelops a Change Management Culture within KRUK Italy /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBSc or MSc University Degree. /li liAt least 3 years track record in roles like: Agile Coach / Scrum Master.
