You'll help shape how we present ourselves and our clients to the world, while building the systems behind-the-scenes to help us grow.Who You AreA strong visual storyteller with a sharp eye for design, aesthetics, and narrativeSocial media–savvy, with some experience creating, writing, and scheduling content for Instagram and LinkedInSkilled in layout and presentation design using tools like Canva, Keynote, or Adobe CreativeOrganized and detail-oriented with experience in admin and file management (Google Drive, calendars, inboxes)A natural communicator who enjoys creating newsletters, writing captions, and helping shape brand messagingCurious, culturally aware, and drawn to the intersection of nature, creativity, and designBonus if you have an appreciation for gardens, plants, or outdoor spacesWhat You'll DoContent & CommunicationCraft, design, and send monthly newsletters using FlodeskPlan and post social media content across Instagram and LinkedInCollaborate on pitches, decks, and proposals for brand and artist collaborationsWrite thoughtful, engaging copy across platforms to reflect the tone and values of TillTalent & Client RelationsResearch and compile potential collaborators, clients, and artistsTrack trends and discover new talent in the garden, land art, and design spaceMaintain a clear and well-organized contact list / CRMSupport artist communication and client-facing materialsOperations & OrganizationOrganize Google Drive folders and shared assetsProvide general administrative support (scheduling, note-taking, inbox and calendar management)Help build efficient systems for onboarding, sharing, and saving assetsTo ApplyPlease email the following to with subject line:
