Il Key Lead è responsabile di garantire che tutti i clienti ricevano un'esperienza di qualità all'interno del negozio. The Job
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

* Work Schedule Requirements: Availability varies weekly; minimum 20 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak periods.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)
* At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience (preferred)
* No supervisory/management experience required
* CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Italian, required
