HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER The AC Hotel Milan Sesto by Marriott is looking for a Hotel Operations Manager. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of all hotel departments: Sales and Marketing, F&B, FO, Revenue and Reservation, HR, Administration - Ensure all operational departments adhere to hotel policies and procedures - Implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall profitability - Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless coordination and problem-solving in operations - Guide and the develop the leaders in individual departments - Ensure compliance with local laws, health and safety regulations, and brand standards - Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction - Ensure all guest-facing departments deliver excellent service and handle special requests efficiently - Work closely with the HR department to recruit, train, and develop staff across all operational areas - Assist the General Manager in budget preparation and ensure cost-effective operational strategies - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivity - Monitor departmental budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial goals are met - Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services - Ensure that all departments comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards - Oversee the implementation of security protocols to ensure guest and employee safety - Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly and meet safety standards - Assist in planning and executing special events, conferences, and meetings to ensure smooth operations. - Report regularly to the General Manager on operational performance, challenges, and areas for improvement. - Maintain clear and effective communication between departments to ensure smooth hotel operations - Monitor and managing guest feedback to maximize guest experience Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role - Proven experience managing multiple departments in a hotel setting - Strong knowledge of hospitality industry - Proficiency in hotel management software Opera - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno Retribuzione supplementare: - Quattordicesima - Tredicesima Esperienza: - Hotel managing: 2 anni (Obbligatorio) Lingua: - Inglese (Obbligatorio) Sede di lavoro: Di persona
