End‐to‐end ownership of the recruiting process: from needs analysis and active sourcing through to contract signingClose collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategiesActive candidate sourcing via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals)Conducting interviews (phone, virtual, and in‐person) and performing structured candidate assessmentsEnsuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring processSupporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruiting eventsCoordinating and supporting the onboarding process for new employeesSupporting cross‐functional HR and recruiting projectsSupporting an IT project within the HR / recruiting environment
Profile
Completed degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualificationProfessional experience in HR / recruitingExperience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems is desirableStrong communication skills, structured working style, and a curious mindsetVery good command of German, Italian, and EnglishWillingness to travel between our locations in Unterinn, Bolzano, and Vintl
