We really are a “Best Place to Work.” If this sounds like a team you’d like to join, keep reading. /p h3Senior Cost Controller /h3 ul liEnd-to-end management of the functional Profit Loss for all indirect areas (IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing Strategy, Strategic Partnerships, General Management) /li liAct as a business partner to Functional Directors and EMEA Functional Controllers /li liGuarantee the accuracy and quality of reporting related to all indirect cost centers /li liEnsure Staff Cost reporting, including FTE monitoring, monthly closing, forecast, and budget activities /li liAnalyze and monitor consultancy and development-related costs, ensuring alignment with financial targets /li liContribute to monthly closing processes in collaboration with FPA and Controlling Director and Administration Department /li liMaintain and update the indirect cost allocation model to the business, based on regional guidelines /li liSupport the review and analysis of country-level fixed costs on a monthly basis /li liProactively suggest actions for cost optimization and efficiency across the functions /li /ul h3What we need from you /h3 ul liAt least 4/5 years of experience in Controlling/FPA, ideally in a Multinational or Matrix organization /li liStrong understanding of indirect costs, staff cost planning, and cost allocation methodologies /li liProficiency in Excel and experience in managing database tools (e.g., Access, Power BI, Power Query) /li liFamiliarity with ERP systems (experience with Oracle Cloud is preferred) /li liAnalytical mindset, accuracy, and ability to manage deadlines /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li liFluency in English (spoken and written) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
