We are seeking a dynamic Junior Account Executive who will lead and drive the sales of our innovative technology services and solutions to the enterprise sector. This Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and expand our footprint in the commercial market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling to commercial customers, strong relationships within the commercial sector, and understanding of the commercial procurement process. If you are a results-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to our company\'s success. /p h3Responsibilities /h3ulliResponsible for identification, long-term positioning and capture execution for key/strategic opportunities. /liliDevelop large, strategic captures in the commercial market space thru a matrixed team of functional and support specialists throughout the engagement from qualification through opportunity closure to include the development of technical solutions and win strategies; develop and execute capture plans, as well as refine bid strategies to enhance proposal readiness. /liliGathers, assesses, and validates new customer needs, both business and technical, working with Business Development, Project Management (Delivery) and Account Executives (Sales). /liliWorks with Account leads to determine appropriate contact plans and technical solutions to meet the customer\'s requirements and bid strategy to win the opportunity. Identifies customer-wide IT parameters and constraints that impact the solution. /liliIdentifies probable competition and evaluates relative strengths and competitive threats /liliAnticipates, understands, and plans for market threats. /liliUnderstands UT offerings and maps against assessment of client requirements/needs—identifies gaps and strategies to close business. /liliApplies a comprehensive understanding of pricing, baseline pricing strategies, and the evolution of pricing strategies to translate into capture strategies that are competitive and compelling for the customer. /li /ul h3Skills Qualifications /h3ulliProven track record of success in selling to commercial and enterprise customers and achieving sales targets /liliStrong relationships within the commercial sector /liliDeep understanding of the commercial procurement process /liliExcellent communication and negotiation skills /liliStrong leadership and team management abilities /liliStrategic thinker with ability to develop and execute sales strategies /liliAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within commercial accounts. /liliAbility to navigate through complex procurement cycles to win business /li /ul h3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related experience /liliMinimum of 2 years of experience in Physical Security Industry with a focus on selling to commercial customers /liliProven track record of success in achieving revenue growth targets /liliExperience in the physical security, managed services, or related industries /liliAbility to travel as needed /li /ul h3Pay Benefits /h3p$60,000 - $75,000 USD /pulliHealth, dental, and vision coverage /liliLife insurance /lili401 (k) w/company match 100% up to 3% and an additional 50% match of 2% /liliPaid time off /lili11 Paid Holidays /li /ul pbWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
